A day out yacht sailing is without doubt one of our most popular non-inclusive activities for our beach club guests. With fair winds, blue skies and countless bays and beaches to drop anchor it’s a fantastic experience for friends and family – and a great way to get a taste for our popular yacht sailing holidays in Kefalonia.

Our yacht base is only short 7 minute drive from the club.. The yacht marina is tucked inside the amazing sailing area and well-protected Gulf of Argostoli in Kefalonia.
At a leisurely tempo, you can explore fantastic bays and secluded coves, then drop the hook for a picnic lunch afloat in your own private bay.
Our day yacht is available for all our beach club guests and can be booked pre-holiday or on-site in Greece, depending on availability.

Where can I try the Day Yacht ?
The day is is only available for Lixouri Bay beach club guests and Villa Club guests.
Prices
£550 for up to 5 people on board with our friendly skipper at the helm, including lunch.
The yacht
Sun Odyssey 35
It is fleet (over 6 knots in less than 10 knots true wind), nimble, and responsive. The boat handles well under power and is very controllable in reverse with good space in the cockpit and ample shade.
Itinerary
The yacht is available to board from 10am at Lixouri Marina. You should be back at the marina by 5pm however, changing winds and weather can hinder sailing times.
Should you wish to have lunch at a taverna, there are many beachside tavernas around the gulf… You’ll just have to dive overboard and swim to shore… We’ve had some previous guests do this – we’re not kidding!
How to book
During July and August, the yacht is very popular, so booking in advance of your holiday is recommended.
